Rebooting a system (FlashGrid Server)

To reboot a FlashGrid Server system:

  1. Stop all running databases.

  2. Reboot the FlashGrid Server system. The following command will gracefully stop HAS, FlashGrid services and restart the VM.

    # flashgrid-node reboot

  3. Wait until ASM is started:

    [grid@myhostname ~]$ srvctl status asm
ASM is running on myhostname
  4. Start the databases stopped at step 1.
