In a situation when you receive a new/updated license file from FlashGrid follow these steps to deploy the license to your existing cluster.
For any other license related queries please contact sales@flashgrid.io
Perform the following steps on all database and quorum nodes:
- Rename the license file provided by FlashGrid support to
flashgrid.license - Copy the file to the
/etcdirectory on the cluster node - Run the
flashgrid-clustercommand and confirm that it shows an active license and a new expiration date, e.g.:
[fg@rac1 ~]$ flashgrid-cluster
FlashGrid 21.2.1.57583 #4cdfa28528ddb3c1d9eeb32f3f5d0aa595420f99
License: Active, Expires 2021-10-11
After the license is updated and verified upload diags.
